1) Safety & Respect

No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, intimidation, stalking, or targeted abuse.
No doxxing, posting private information, revenge content, or exposing another person’s address, phone number, financial information, private messages, or identity documents without permission.
No explicit sexual content, sexual solicitation, pornographic material, or sexual content involving animals.
No dangerous challenges, violent threats, promotion of self-harm, or instructions that could cause harm to people or animals.

Absolutely no content that depicts, encourages, sells, celebrates, or normalizes animal abuse, cruelty, neglect, fighting, abandonment, unsafe handling, or illegal breeding practices.
Veterinary, training, breeding, grooming, and educational content must be humane, responsible, and clearly presented.
Do not post content that encourages unsafe transport, poor housing, harmful medical advice, improper feeding, illegal procedures, or avoidable suffering.
We may remove content, restrict accounts, or report serious animal welfare concerns to appropriate authorities or animal protection organizations.

No fake profiles, impersonation, misleading usernames, fake verification claims, fake reviews, or false credentials.
Verification badges and profile types must not be misused, sold, transferred, or used to imply guarantees from Bully Room.
Pet profiles, pedigrees, registration details, lineage, breed/type, medical/vaccination claims, and seller/service claims must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Listings must be accurate, lawful, current, and transparent about price, location, availability, age, health status, documentation, pickup/shipping terms, and seller/provider identity.
No bait-and-switch, duplicate spam listings, fake availability, misleading photos, hidden fees, pressure tactics, deposit scams, or attempts to bypass safety checks.
Follow all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws for animal sales, adoption, rehoming, breeding, sheltering, transport, licensing, vaccinations, microchipping, import/export, and species restrictions.
No prohibited, endangered, illegally possessed, illegally imported, or unlawfully transferred animals or wildlife.
Bully Room is a platform and does not guarantee a listing, seller, buyer, breeder, shelter, service provider, animal health, pedigree, legal compliance, payment, delivery, or outcome.

Where available, Secure Checkout may use payment-provider controls, pickup codes, delivery confirmation, dispute windows, and automatic release rules. Do not describe the feature as escrow.
Do not abuse payment protection, falsely claim non-delivery, refuse pickup confirmation after receiving an animal/item/service, ship different animals/items, upload fake tracking, or pressure users to move protected transactions off-platform.
We may pause, cancel, refund, reverse, delay, or restrict transactions where fraud, safety risk, chargebacks, policy violations, processor rules, animal welfare concerns, or legal issues are suspected.
Payment providers, banks, card networks, app stores, and payout partners may impose their own fees, holds, reversals, disputes, KYC checks, tax requirements, and payout delays.

No harassment, threats, spam, scams, illegal offers, sexual solicitation, or abusive conduct in messages, calls, video calls, comments, lives, or chat rooms.
Do not record, repost, or broadcast private calls or messages without consent where consent is required.
Live streams must follow all Guidelines, especially animal welfare, safety, legal compliance, intellectual property, and monetization rules.
Bully Room may limit live access, remove live content, end streams, restrict chat, or suspend creators to protect users, animals, advertisers, payment partners, or the platform.

No violence, gore, shock content, dangerous animal handling, animal fighting, unsafe breeding demonstrations, or harmful stunts.
Post only content you own or have permission to use, including music, clips, photos, logos, and third-party footage.
Bully Room TV, featured content, creator spotlights, and broadcast-style programming may require additional approval, licensing permission, quality review, safety review, and monetization eligibility.
We may age-restrict, demonetize, remove, reduce distribution, or reject content that is unsafe, misleading, low quality, infringing, advertiser-unfriendly, or inconsistent with Bully Room’s standards.

Ads may appear on the website, in the app, in feeds, around videos, in live content, and in other placements.
Creator monetization, Paw Gifts, live gifting, payout requests, ad-revenue sharing, tips, sponsored content, and promotional tools are optional programs and may require eligibility review, identity/tax checks, payment-provider approval, and compliance with additional rules.
No artificial views, fake engagement, click fraud, bot traffic, gift manipulation, self-dealing, payout abuse, undisclosed sponsorships, or attempts to inflate earnings.
Clearly disclose sponsorships, paid partnerships, affiliate links, or promotional relationships where required by law or platform policy.
We may withhold, reverse, adjust, or cancel monetization or payouts for fraud, policy violations, chargebacks, invalid traffic, advertiser disputes, payment-provider action, legal requirements, or account restrictions.

Fraud, scams, phishing, spam, malware, hacking, scraping, data harvesting, unauthorized automation, or service disruption.
Illegal products, stolen goods, prohibited animals, counterfeit documents, fake medical records, fake pedigrees, or fake registry claims.
Attempts to evade bans, moderation, payment limits, verification, age requirements, or safety controls.
Content or behavior that creates legal, safety, animal welfare, payment, advertiser, or reputational risk for Bully Room.

Use in-app Report tools or contact support to flag violations, scams, unsafe listings, animal welfare concerns, or abusive behavior.
We may remove content, reduce distribution, label content, restrict features, pause transactions, hold monetization, require verification, suspend accounts, ban accounts, or report serious issues to authorities where appropriate.
Enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, history, user safety, animal welfare, legal requirements, payment-provider rules, advertiser standards, and platform integrity.
We are not required to host, promote, monetize, or restore any content or account.
